`On or about July 1, 2005, YVETI‘E PASCHALL executed and delivered to BNC

`MORTGAGE, ENC, A DELAWARE CORPORATION, a certain note hearing date that day, whereby
`WETTE PASCHALL covenanted and agreed to pay the sum of $3 92,000.00, which sum with interest
`on the unpaid balance thereof, to be computed from the date of said note, at a rate variable in
`accordance with the aforesaid instrument, with the initial rate being 6.85000 per cent per annum, or
`such other adjusted rate as provided for in said agreement, by payments of $2,237.67 on September I,
`2005 and thereafter in payments of$2,237.67 on the like date of each subsequent month, subject to
`change in accordance with changes in the interest rate, untii said note is full},r paid, except that the final
`payment of principal and interest remaining due, if not sooner paid, shall become due and payable on
`August 1, 2035.

`YVE'ITE PASCHALL, also executed, acknowledged and delivered to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC
`REGISTRATEON SYSTEMS, INC, AS NOMINEE FOR ENC MORTGAGE, INC, A DELAWARE
`CORPORATION, its successors and/or assigns, a mortgage dated July 1, 2005 and recorded in the
`County of Kings on August 25, 2005 in CRFNIZGOSOUG4T9605. The mortgage tax was duly paid.
`Thereafter said mortgage was assigned to the Plaintiff by assignment of mortgage dated December 27,
`2007 and recorded in CRFN: 2008000116230 and recorded in the County of Kings on March 21, 2008.
`Thereafter said assignment of mortgage was corrected by correction nasignmcnt of mortgage dated
`May 27, 2014.
`
`Said mortgaged premises heing known as and by street address:
